Payments
Pay attention: The orders are being paid in case when money has been already credited to your account.
Currently we offer 2 ways of payment

SWIFT bank transfer - SWIFT is the largest international system that enables fast and secure overseas money transfers to foreign bank accounts of individuals and businesses.

Transfer via the Wise application (using Visa, Mastercard bank cards) - is a payment system for fast money transfers between countries with a fixed exchange rate and low fees.
Unfortunately, we do not work with PayPal.
There is no option to pay via PayPal. This payment system does not allow payment for medical supplies. Fillers and toxins fall into this category.
Choose the one which fits you the most.
Please note, we don't have bank accounts in other countries. In case we change the details, we will send an email notification about it.

- The transfer process can take up to 3 business days
As soon as the payment is received on our bank account, we will send your package in accordance with the shipping rules.
The easiest way to pay is through the Wise app. It takes no more than ten minutes. Detailed instructions can be obtained from the manager.
Refund Policy
You can issue a return of goods within 3 business days from the date you receive your order, if:
- The products have manufacturing defects
- The products have been received incorrectly.
To process a return, contact your manager. We will offer you a replacement or refund of the purchase price minus shipping costs. To receive a Refund, you will need to send the package back to Korea and provide all your bank account details. Regardless of how the payment was made, once the package is returned to Korea, the refund will be made by SWIFT transfer and take up to 29 business days.
We ask you to store the goods in accordance with the temperature regime before processing and returning.

Shipping and Delivery
We are interested in every customer, we sell original manufactured products and offer a wide range of high quality products. We have more than many Korean brands in our range and we are constantly working on expanding it. We offer popular budget products as well as premium products.
We have a vast experience in sending parcels by FedEx, DHL, UPS and EMS to many countries on your preference and the country of import.
We value our customers and are happy when you come back to us again! That's why we have created a smart delivery option for goods.
Backorders
We have a stock of popular products. If a desired product is not available we can order it quickly and deliver within 1-2 working days to our warehouse. After getting the products, we deliver to your destination.
Tracking Number and Delivery Time
On average, delivery takes 3 to 7 business days for your goods to arrive, depending on the courier service and destination.
You will be able to choose the delivery option that suits you best. For bulk orders, delivery costs are calculated by our manager on an individual basis.
As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can track your order in real time. When the manager sends a tracking number, you can track the package and find out where your package is.
Shipments Issues
- If you have lost your parcel, you should contact the courier service to resolve the issue. We will be happy to help you to find and return your parcel as soon as possible.
- We are not responsible for the payment of taxes, if any, at the customs of the country of import.
- If your parcel has been detained by customs, you will need to contact your local customs office and try to have it released or your parcel rejected. Once the parcel is returned to Korea, we will refund your money minus the shipping cost.
Please check shipping address and personal information when placing an order. Moreover, check the rules and regulations of goods imported into your country beforehand.
Returns
You can return the order within 3 working days of receipt of the goods. Make a return if the reason falls under one of the following conditions:
- The products have manufacturing defects.
- The products have been received incorrectly.

Do you distribute original products?
All of the products shown are original. All products meet Korean quality standarts. All products were manufactured in factories in Korea.
How long can the preparation be stored?
For the most part, the expiration date is at least 12 months. If the product expires earlier, the manager will inform the customer while placing the order.
How to use your products?
We do not provide specific guidance on how to use our products. The main recommendation is that the products should only be used by certified professionals. A trained and experienced specialist will know what to do. Our company is not responsible for any possible negative consequences that may be caused by improper use.
What if the ice in the package melts when the package arrives?
Our team tries to deliver orders within 3 working days. Ice can melt during that period. Due to the fact that the package is insulated and there is no air penetration, the temperature should not rise above 8 ° C. Under these conditions, the product can be stored for 7-14 days. There are heat-resistant preparations (e.g. Innotox). They can be stored normally at temperatures up to 30°C.

How to place an order?
It's easy. Add the desired products to your cart. Specify the amount of product you need. Then enter your contact information. This information is important in order to make the delivery.
What to do after ordering?
When you place an order, it will appear in our system. Then, the manager will write you and inform you about payment and delivery details. This can only be done during working hours.
Can I change an order if it has already been placed?
You can make changes using Email or WhatsApp. Contact our manager and he will make it happen.
Can I order any quantity of a product? Is there a minimum
Our customers can order as many products as they need. There is no minimum order. But we recommend ordering several products at once so that the cost of goods and delivery will be as favourable as possible.

How long does it take to ship an order?
We ship ordered products no more than two business days after payment is made. It may take longer if you order a product that is out of stock.
Can products be shipped to any country?
Our team can ship your order to most countries. If it is not possible to deliver to your country, a manager will inform you right away.
What courier services do you cooperate with? How does this affect the delivery time?
There are several postal and courier services that we work with. The delivery time will depend on the specific company and the location to which the products need to be delivered. On average it takes:
- DHL, FedEx, UPS - from 3 business days;
- EMS - from 10 business days.
How much will be the shipping cost?
It will depend on the final destination. And also on what volume and weight of the parcel. During the ordering process, an approximate cost will be automatically calculated. But if you have a heavy or bulky order, it will be recalculated later. The final cost will tell the manager.
Can I track the package?
The manager will send you a tracking number. You can use it to find out where the package is. This will be done the same day the products are shipped.
What if the package is delayed?
In most cases, delivery from DHL or FedEx takes no more than 3 working days. And EMS delivery takes 10-14 working days. According to the laws, the delivery time should not exceed 60 working days. If your package does not arrive within that timeframe, you can write a statement for which we will make an inquiry to the courier company. We will not be able to resend or return the package.
What to do if a parcel is delayed at customs?
Pay attention to the fact that the customer should independently study the legal regulations of the country in which he is. If such a situation occurs, it is best to contact customs. You can also reject the parcel and indicate that it must be returned to the sender. Once it is returned, we can either refund the payment for the products or resend the parcel. If you are interested in re-sending, you will need to make the shipping payment again. We can refund the payment for the products if they are returned. If the products are withdrawn, we cannot issue a refund.
Can I pick up my order from the warehouse?
Yes. The manager will tell you where and how you can do it.
About Returns:
Can I return a product?
If there is a good reason why the product did not fit you, you should contact us by e-mail at [email protected] no later than 3 calendar days after receiving the package. We only issue refunds when there is no damage to the product or its packaging. If the product has been opened, used or damaged, we will not be able to make a return.
Can I get a full refund for my order?
The refund is the same as the payment. You can only get a refund of the money you spent on the medication. Shipping charges are not refundable. It can take up to 28 business days for a refund. This will depend on the payment system used. To expedite the process, you can contact your bank. To request a refund, use the email address [email protected] Requests will not be accepted via chat, website, or phone call.
